I have a server running Ubuntu 13. It was up for about 3 years and I had to reboot it. When I try to switch it back on all I get is a Sorry! Something went wrong! message. Is there any way to power it up again or at least download its contents?

Have you tried booting it into recovery kernel mode, from the digitalocean panel? Also if that fails submit a support ticket!
In the kernel tab in settings I get Looks like something went wrong… Not much I can do really.
Okay, in that case only one thing to do, contact support and ask that they send you the HDD image for the droplet, then using recovery software, try to recover files (it may have gone corrupt)
