Unable to access portal just signed up

Hi Team, I just signed up on digitalocen account using gmail, but unable to access anything. I can see only blank page.

Seems like some CDN related issue.

I am experiencing the same issue. My url is https://cloud.digitalocean.com/welcome

I just signed up and gave my credit card information, yet I cannot even access the homepage.
