I calling my bank and i testing pay another webservices, its ok. but your system not accept my pay or credit card, i dont use paypal because closed in turkey. They have anyone payment method ?

I am facing the exact same problem… My debit card is perfectly fine and it has enough funds to make the payment. My debit card has been charged successfully for the last 12 months and I already talk to my bank and they say everything is fine.
Also, I cannot delete my debit card and resubmit the details of my card because it keeps throwing the message of: “Your Card Was declined”.
Please help.
I am running into a similair issue. I’ve made payments before, but now it just says “Unable to create payment”.
I have enough balance and i am able to pay other services with my Credit Card just fine.
Thoughts how i can resolve this?
