We are having trouble with our sites for the last few weeks and we are unable to raise a support ticket. We just receive the following error every time we try to login to support portal

I can think of a few different things that could be occurring to cause this - is it possible for you to please submit a support ticket from the contact form here: https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/#support, and include the contents of what your URL bar shows when you receive the error? If you would like, feel free to post the ticket number here once you’ve done so, and I’ll take a look directly :)
