What is the reason for this report?

Unable to set up Postfix + Dovecot on Ubuntu 14.xx

I followed this tutorial pretty much to the T but while I can receive mails, I am unable to send mail when connecting to the SMTP with TLS.

This is from my /var/log/mail.log
