I created a one-click ghost application droplet and had no issue getting the default ghost cms up and running. The issue I am finding is customizing that droplet to match up with the custom configurations I made to my local ghost application. I have a few packages installed like S3-Storage and a few modifications made to the config file that I have attempted to update in the droplets terminal, but my app isn’t working. I’ve gotten extremely frustrated trying to work within the droplet terminal and would prefer if I could upload my version of the ghost application and use that as my droplet instead of the one-click setup version. Is this possible and how can I do that?

The Ghost One-Click application aims to get you up and running quickly with a base to build on. Though of course there is nothing to stop you from starting from scratch. If you are looking to install a theme on the Ghost One-Click application, the correct folder is /var/www/ghost/content/themes/ You may also need to restart Ghost so that it detects the changes. You can do so with:
sudo service ghost restart
