Hi all,
I’m wondering if it is possible to setup a videoconferencing server, much like Google Hangout? I’ve heard lots of buzz around WebRTC, but little concrete seems to be coming from it in solutions I could setup on a droplet.
So, is something like this possible? I’m currently running Ubuntu 14.04 and Nginx.

I haven’t seen much in the way of solutions that are ready to use out of the box just yet. Though there are a number of demos available:

At this point is seems like you’d need to roll your own solution.
In case anyone else is looking for such software: Jitsi Meet is exactly doing this! You can find more info here: https://jitsi.org/Projects/JitMeet
