Has anyone else seen this before?
I have 1 Droplet, linked to 1 Volume. The Volume has all kinds of important data on it.
Today I noticed that the site is not working and the volume is gone, without warning or notification…
I contacted support hours ago for this obviously P0 issue, no response as of yet.

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps!
That’s really strange! When you go in your account - https://cloud.digitalocean.com - Select the Manage Dropdown menu from the left sidebar and go to Volumes do you see the said volume in there? Do you have any information on it in that tab?
Additionally, do you have a ticket number from when you contacted the support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
