Can more than 1 person can log in to the same windows vps server and work on different desktops without seeing what the other is doing? If yes, how many people? And is there an extra price increase per user?

Hi there,
DigitalOcean only offers Linux servers. With Linux, you could have multiple users on the same server at no additional costs as it is open-source and you would only be charged for the server itself and not the OS.
