What is the reason for this report?

We deleted this account along with destroying the droplets, something in our app went wrong and now we need to recover the droplets.

We need to recover our droplets ASAP so this account, which we had to reactivate by applying for a new account. Please help with the recovery process of the droplets. Thanks.

If you have already deleted your account then all associated droplets would be destroyed and unrecoverable.

However, the best course of action would be to open a support ticket with us using the original email address that you had for the account so that the support team can see if there’s anything that can be done.
