Dear Digital Ocean Team, what happens? I chosen your company, cause you have very convenient interface, loved the products of your company, but with you i wasted more then 2 weeks for nothing and no one helps me. Firstly, i registered with coupon, that my friend gave me, account (, i wasted 3-5 hours to optimise droplet for myself, then i wasted 5-7 hours to transfer ALL my projects and projects of my clients to your server. Everything was OK, but after few days i found that my account is locked, and found that you gave my IP to other client! You did not write me what happened, i did not understood anything. You blocked me cause i used VPN? I didnt transfer into my account any illegal code or information. After one week of trying to contact with support, that was useless, i wrote here post and got answer, that i CANT RESTORE MY DROPLET, you just removed it without any reason and i think that its abnormal! My account / credit card was marked as suspicious. I tried to create new account, but after registration, i got message, that you will verify my account after some hours. IT WAS 2 DAYS AGO. Why must i wait so much? My clients hate me, nothing works. Im waiting for any help or i will have to leave your service forever. It’s disrespectful.

I’m hoping that you’ve now managed to get this resolved, but if not, do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support/abuse team so that I can get this followed up for you?
