I got the smallest available instance (512MB) to host a blog on it (and try out things in general), and I keep looking at the Billing Alerts option in my Settings.
I’ve read the FAQ and whatever doc i could find (obviously not thoroughly enough since I’m here asking questions) but I can’t seem to understand what exactly would make me exceed my $5 monthly fee that I would need to set an alert for.
Some FAQ entry (that I can’t remember word-by-word) says if I exceed thing, it won’t be added to my bill in order for me to be able to delete the droplet so I wouldn’t be overcharged. Huh?
I’m guessing traffic is one factor that could tip me over, but what else? Thanks
