if i take 10 dollars/month plan, the maximum is 2TB transfer, if i usage over 2TB, what is the fees rates ? for example, 10TB a month.

Can I limit bandwidth to ensure not being charged? <br>For example, if the bandwidth reach the limit, instead of being charged, my droplet would be turned off. <br>Is there any way to do this?
