I just transferred images of my droplets to another account,the receiver accepted the transfers and he’s got them under the image link.
Does he need to create new droplets based off those snapshots or will they show up as droplets eventually? Should i delete the droplets from my accounts, will that have any effect?

You can rebuild a droplet from a snapshot when creating a new droplet. The snapshot wont be used automatically. More info here
