What is the reason for this report?

Where are Digital Ocean servers located?

I need an IP address located in the USA, so I’d like to know if the Digital Ocean servers are located there. Is it possible to change the location of the droplets by moving an instance to another location?

Forgot to answer your other question. <br> <br>You can make a snapshot of your droplet, copy it to the other datacenters and launch a new droplet using that snapshot to move it anywhere you want.
