I clicked the button"Billing" and browsed the whole page, but couldn’t find the place to fill in the “promo code” on the page. I hope some kind people can tell me in detail. Thanks a lot!

If you go to the billing page in the cloud control panel it will be near the bottom after your credit card details.
If you already submitted a promo code before then the box will not be there as a promo has already been applied to your account, if I’m not mistaken.
