6 month ago i started to use Digitalocean with free 100 dollars quota then , i deleted all of my droplets before it run out of 100 dollars quota , it only have 3 project without droplets inside them , then i comeback try to use again today but it said i have bill to paid , why i don’t understand why i got charge by empty project without droplet.
It’s can understandable if you charge me by Preserve Resource costs by offline droplet because it have Public IP Fix and Storage Reserve , but this i don’t understand at all.
Please explain to me

Hey @tasponedu,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
But it is quite possible that you have a snapshot or some other resource still active. You can check that in your invoice summary.
Hope that helps! - Bobby.
Hey @bobbyiliev,
Thank you for response , i have to tell you i never have snapshot in my account and i just double checked it not have anything in IMAGE [snapshot , backup image , custom image ]
Is it possible that i have droplet before and it automatic delete itself after not pay the bill , but there question if it self delete after not paying the bill why it still charge me after 4 month then.
Edit 1 : I checked on invoiced it show i have droplet and droplet snapshot
