I am not able to connect to my server using FileZilla on my computer, but I am able to using Putty. I have uninstalled FileZilla and deleted romaing for it, and still cannot connect getting the error message “Authentication failed. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server”. But when I go on my other computer, it works perfectly fine. I have also disabled all firewall on my computer that could possibly be blocking it.

EDIT: I am able to connect with FileZilla using my website domain instead of the Sever IP, never had to do this before.
If you’re able to connect from one computer, but not the other, the issue is most likely a local issue, especially if the computers are on the same network (WiFi, for example).
If they aren’t, and you’re connecting from two different IP’s, due to the failed logins before, the first computer and IP may have been temporarily blocked.
Unless something was modified at some point, domain and IP should work as when connecting via domain, the IP is found and a connection attempt using said IP is what is used.
