How can I recover the Wordpress admin password? Upon creation of the 1 click Wordpress. Then somehow lost the password. I cannot login in the web wp-admin and get the dashboard.

How can I recover my wp admin username thru terminal console (I forgot both, but I can recover password once I know the username).
I am using terminal console because I’m not able to open PhpMyAdmin in my browser, though my WP site is working ok. Can you guide for both of the cases?

mysql -u root -p
