My usual command to check for updates is failing with a “Updateinfo file is not valid XML” error (see below). Is this something I can fix from my end?
root@MEMEME ~]# yum check-update
Loaded plugins: langpacks, refresh-packagekit
python-slip.noarch 0.6.1-1.fc20 updates
python-slip-dbus.noarch 0.6.1-1.fc20 updates
v8.x86_64 1:3.14.5.10-18.fc20 updates
v8-devel.x86_64 1:3.14.5.10-18.fc20 updates
Updateinfo file is not valid XML: <open file '/var/cache/yum/x86_64/20/updates/gen/updateinfo.xml', mode 'rt' at 0x2da3150>

Not an answer per se, but there’s a bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1219604
Not sure if it’s a bug in yum’s parsing code or a bug in the generation of the updateinfo.xml files on the servers. Where’s the forum / irc group to chat with the repo server meisters?
