I get the monthly invoices from DigitalOcean. I have to forward them to my financial department. Sure, I could create a forward rule, but my request is to have an input field in the account details somewhere, so I can add one or more financial contacts there.
We also have AWS for other applications, and they support up to 3 financial contacts where the invoices are sent to.

At the moment, DigitalOcean doesn’t support adding separate billing or financial contact emails. Invoices are typically sent to the account email.
One option you do have is to invite someone to your team with the biller role, which will give them access to billing and they’ll receive billing-related emails. But that’s not quite the same as just adding extra recipients:

For now, email forwarding is usually the workaround.
