I was charged INR 71 and INR 142 when I signed up for Digital Ocean, when will this amount be refunded to me?

Hello friend!
If you used a card instead of a PayPal deposit to sign up, there may be a small preauthorization. This is immediately reversed and is just a check to make sure that the card works. In some cases banks may not recognize the immediate reversal, surely no more than 24 hours would be needed to see this clear.
