If I have an online magazine and want to target a world wide english speaking audience what’s the best location to deliver my content page speed wise (without a CDN)?
I would assume an american location like NY or SF would be best - but then FRA is located in the center of Europe and seems to have the latest server technology.
I’m looking for the golden middle way here, so not to favor any country but to deliver acceptable speeds for all the big english speaking countries.
What do you guys think?

I prefer the center of the world (approx :p)… LONDON Theoretically, it will serve evenly throughout the world…
OK, If found the answer. You have single out (or guess) where the majority of your readership resides and then select this country. Unfortunately there is no middle ground.
