Hi there,
In case that you have a firewall, I could suggest making sure that the 9335 and 29333 ports are open.
Also what I could suggest is checking your Node logs, to make sure that there are no errors.
If you are running docker you can check the logs with the following command:
docker logs -f container_id_here
In case that you don’t have the container_id you can get it with the docker ps -a command.
