I have a Ubuntu droplet which refuses to finish booting. I gt the recovery console, and I can see i stuck at “Starting Creating Users” or a coulpe steps later, but three reboot attempt and never further than that. The recovery console doesn’t give me the chance to boo in single user mode. What can i do to fix this machine?

Heya @dorianbodnariuc,
I’ll recommend you to contact DigitalOcean support and they can try and assist you with this.
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
Hey @dorianbodnariuc,
As you’ve already tried the recovery console, what I would suggest here is to reach out to the DigitalOcean support team directly:
If you already have a support ticket ID, feel free to share it here as well.
Hope that helps!
- Bobby.
Heya, @dorianbodnariuc
If booting into recovery mode is not an option and you can’t get further with the recovery console, it will be the best to reach out to our support team as mentioned.
Regards
