Hi there,
Looks like the Ajenti repo is timing out and blocking your apt update.
If you’re not using Ajenti anymore, you can remove those repo entries from /etc/apt/sources.list or from any .list files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/.
Then run:
sudo apt update
again and you should be good to proceed with the upgrade.
