Can you use DigitalOcean Block Storage Volumes with non-DO k8s cluster?

It does not seem possible, why not? Any other vendor(s) allow Block Storage to be used with non-in-house k8s cluster?

You can use Block Storage with any Kubernetes cluster by implementing our Container Storage Interface (CSI) Driver. Just let us know if you have any questions!
