I can’t access the server Through the console digital ocean, or use the terminal on pc /Mac ssh
Cannot solve the problem in any way

You can login to the control panel, click on the droplet, then power, click power on, after this click Access, then “Console Access”
This should open a new window that has console access to the server, you may also need to push any key to get the screen started.
From there you should see bootup info for the droplet to see if there are any errors.
If there aren’t you should get a login screen and you can login as the root user.
If that doesn’t work I would recommend opening a support ticket to help you troubleshoot this issue further.
