Cuando creé la cuenta me apareció el crédito promocional en la parte superior derecha. Quería saber la razón por la que dan ese crédito y si tengo que pagar algo adicional aparte del básico de 6 dólares que ya he pagado, por tener ese crédito promocional y si esos 100 dólares me los van a cobrar el mes que viene. Más que nada por saber si eso me va a ocasionar algún perjuicio de que me cobre mas dinero. Muchas gracias

The 100$ promotional credit is given to new customers for the period of two months. This means you can use credit in the next two months without worrying about being charged or anything.
This credit won’t be charged from your account, it’s something like a gift for newcomers so enjoy. This credit is given when you’ve added a valid payment method or depositing a sum via PayPal to your Account should give you the credit.
