Hello Account Manager,
Since I’m a new customer I would like to know whether Digital Ocean provides support at least though “Ask Questions” channel? I’m not seeing any kind of answers or responses from Digital Ocean team members? Or am I missing anything here? Even I file a ticket I get response after a week or so. Is this the way Digital Ocean provides support for the their customers? If you can provide answers to this, I would like to make a decision whether I can stay with your plan or not?
Best regards

Hi there @bengaltiger ,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - Bobby.
Hello Bobby, thank you for your message. I’m not sure what personal information that you are referring in this thread context? I don’t believe I mentioned any personal information in my question. My question is simple and straight forward. I posted couple of questions in ASK QUESTIONS interface and did NOT get any answers so far. So I’m wondering whether I subscribed to a unreliable company or am I missing any channel to report my issues? So far the response is worst than any hosting provider I’m with so far.
Best regards
Hello Bobby,
See again, there is no answer here even after ‘3’ days. This is exactly I’m referring about your customer service. Hope you guys get it what I’m honestly trying to give my feedback. DO might be popular but you can not leave the customer in vain!!!
Another feedback if you care about it!!?>
One more thing I noticed in all the Tutorial documents from Digital Ocean is Doc authors does not return posted questions. I’m noticing Digital Ocean public community already dead. I would presume most of the users might be busy with dealing with their own issues. This is my honest opinion. I think as “a server provider”, you should not throw out the steps just of test applications which can be found in any of the vendor (e.g.Postgres or Django) pages. If a customer wants to build a production server, he/she wants to have bare minimum example of production deployment. Most of the commands talk about one way steps only (i.e. only ‘CREATE’ always). There are no steps for ‘delete, modify and uninstall’.
Hope this helps to look back and review your customer service practices.
Best regards
