Hi
I have opened a ticket to Billing support in order to refund the money that was deducted from my card.
But three days without any answer.
I think that support should be faster in such cases because I would like to communicate with technical support instead of contacting my bank provider

Unfortunately, as a community, we cannot help with this as we have no control over user accounts.

Do you have a support ticket number so I can get the team to check in with you?

This does not happen often. As for me, Digital Ocean have one of the best supports.
I don’t have any problems when I was setting up my website.
