I want to ask for help ..
Please Disable Two-factor authentication ..

Because, my HP got malware (root)
and, my solution is reset factory..

I forgot to turn off Two-factor authentication..

I want fill my billing ..


yesterday, i try to contact support by email, but, no respone..

maybe, holiday??

Use your backup codes / SMS to get access again. And use a proper 2FA app like Authy in the future.

  • i dont remember my backup codes..
    and, how to use SMS verification??

    when i try to login..
    it only say, use authentication google, or backup code..

i dont remember..

i have a habit, when i got email, i read, i deleted :(

how about, we video call by whatsapp or line (i dont have skype)..
then, i will give you, my id card, my email (my account and password)..
and, if you want, i will give you, my payment method (paypal),
it will same information..

why video call?
because, if using email, send picture..
i think, you not believe me..
