Does it cost "Transfer Limit" when transfer data between droplet within a region?

After I play around in my droplet, I've found the answer.
Yes—any traffic that goes through the private network interface is not counted against your bandwidth limit. Keep in mind, however, that we are currently not charging for any bandwidth use.
