Hello, I am planning to use DigitalOcean for my application and this application is strongly relied on specific folder where Data is stored, lets call it Images and the images are uploaded by user, If I have 20$ droplet and switched to 50$, will images be lost?

Hey @xweb365
If you change the size of a droplet, your data is preserved in a resizing.
If you elect to accept the increased drive space your disk capacity will also increase. If you elect not to do this your storage will stay the same, but your CPU and RAM will increase, this has the added benefit of been able to downgrade again (disk space been the limiting factor for downgrading).
TLDR: Yes data will be preserved.
