I’m trying to move account ownership to a new person. She received the invite, but the email verification code isn’t being delivered to her email. I’ve had her check her SPAM folder and she isn’t seeing anything from Digital Ocean.
What else can she do?

Hey there @hff, thanks for the question! One other thing she can do is whitelist the DigitalOcean email address, but other than that, she should open a support ticket with DigitalOcean so that Support can look at the email deliverability of those emails directly and advise.
