We charge after usage, so if you’re using the $100 credit for 2 months, you’ll be billed for the first time at the first of your fourth month. That would be your third month, billed at the first of the month after it. You can add a credit card to your account or pay by PayPal at that time. You can deposit money via PayPal early as well, if you would like.
