Hey fellows! I am new to working with cloud solutions so I have those questions…
I would like to know, if when I rent the server FreePBX, I would be able to access to its database?
And if its possible to connect this cloud server to a local server like ubuntu server or a virtual machine.

Hi there @Jeanny2015,
Yes, you would have root access to your server meaning that you would be able to access it and manage it fully as an administrator.
If you have a local server as well, you would be able to connect from your local server to your DigitalOcean server via its public IP address.
