Hello, what is the easiest and most optimal way to transfer fall files from spaces to a droplet

Hello, currently i have a droplet and a separate spaces volume to upload and host files (images). now i want to transfer all files from spaces to the droplet. Aside from downloading and re-uploading all files (around 400 000 files, 45 gigs), is there a more optimal way of doing it?
