I want to know my purchased VPS server’s IP address which currently expired.I purchased it 2 months ago. I didn’t find anything related to IP in invoice either. Please help me.

If the droplet was created under Teams account you can check the security history of the account.
This menu shows a record of actions that have been taken in your account, like user logins, resource creation and deletion, and password changes.
To view a team’s security history, click Settings in the left menu of the control panel to go to the main Team settings tab, then click the Security tab.
In the Security History section, each entry includes the IP address of the device where the action originated and how long ago the action happened. Hover over the value in the Time column, like 1 month ago, to see the specific date and time of the event, like Fri, Nov 2 2018 at 3:31 pm.
If you need data older than what is available in your security history, open a support ticket.

I’m not sure if such information is kept however you can try contacting DigitalOcean’s Support to see if they have that on paper somewhere.
