That’s a nice question however I fear it’s best asked directly in the tradingview.com community. If they even have webhooks that help you out, it’s going to be best found on their website.

You should be able to use their Rest API which would allow you to create your own integrations with their platform:
https://www.tradingview.com/rest-api-spec
However, I don’t see anything mentioned regarding webhooks on their site, so as KFsys suggested it might be best to reach out to them directly and suggest this as a feature request.
