Hello,
Running and setting up a game hosting service will not be a simple install and setup. You will need to know what games you hope to host, what the requirements are, the prices you want to offer, etc.
For a control panel, you may wish to try something like cPanel. You can find a guide on setting this up here
That will help you get started. You will also want to consider reaching out to other hosting developers who have started their own game hosting sites. I personally would start by reaching out to the community for the game or games you wish to host. The players themselves will often have great tips and suggestions on how to host the very game they play!
In the long run, there is no one way to do it and this is something that will require alot of work on your part to learn how to run and manage the various aspects of this. You may wish to start small and grow from there.
First start by just learning how to run a server for the game or games you wish to host. Even if just for yourself. Then perhaps learn to manage accounts for users who might use your service. Scale up and grow as you learn more.
