So, i have create docker up running laravel. Works. Now i want my team mates to use it. How do i do that?

What you could do is push the image to Docker Hub or create a Docker Registry with DigitalOcean and push it there.
Once you have your Docker repository ready, you need to login with the following command:
docker login
Then you can push the image with the following command:
docker push your-docker-user/name-of-image-here
