I can't access my server with the private key on PuTTy

I am getting: “Server refused our key” when I try login with my Private Key on PuTTy…

I am Windows 10 user…

Please, I need help !

Can you confirm if you have followed the steps on how to connect to your server via SSH with putty here:

If you have followed the steps but you are still getting the error, check your permissions and ensure that the ~/.ssh folder is set to 0700 and the authorized_key file in that folder is set to 0600 on your droplet.
