What is the reason for this report?

I can't login to cloud control panel or dash board for whole this week. No respond from support either

I can’t login to my account or control panel since last Tuesday and it keeps saying that “Looks like something went wrong…” https://imgur.com/a/6ZSeYEf

I tried contacting the support via email for three days now, not even a single reply. #03416043, #03413688, #03417103

I’m having a production ready server cluster which I have to work on very urgently and currently all the work is on hold. I’m really disappointed about the service right now. Not sure why Digital Ocn let this happen.

I’m publishing this to see if anyone having same trouble?

  1. Accessing the DO account?
  2. Non responding support team?
