Is it possible to purchase more droplets later?

Hi,

I’m in the brink of purchasing my first droplet. Because i don’t know much about the concept i’m going to purchase the 5 USD one.

My question is: Is it possible to purchase more droplets later? (they might have different one-click ap installs, different data centers, different hardware specs. etc.) Because after i become familiar with the concept i might want to increase my droplet count for multiple websites. (I know i can manage multiple websites from single droplet but it’s too much of a hassle for me. I want to keep my inner peace stable.)
