I would like to know, do I get additional fee, if I create Droplet and destroy it in 1 hour period?

Actually the site will charge you more than what you use. For example, I just recently destroyed a droplet that had been in use for 371 hours this month and was supposed to incur only a $0.007 hourly rate but they actually charged me at a rate of $0.00744. They really shouldn’t cut it off at three decimals if they are going to charge it at five decimals. Need to be more transparent about the hourly rate.
