It doesn't seem I got my free trial for the first two months 100$

I thought that if you sign-up you get a free trial but there is nothing that shows that I got the free trial and the billing page shows that “Estimated costs for this billing period” increasing in costs. Can someone explains what’s happening and what should I do? Thanks. I
