Hi there, I must’ve screwed up my SSH certificate or something, since I’m trying to login to my server and I keep getting denied. So I reset the password from the access thing, and I try login through the dashboard, it says it passes and gives me the basic information on load, how many updates, etc. but then it redirects me back to the login screen.
My server uses ubuntu 14.10, what do I do?

The most likely explanation for this is that the user you are logging into has it’s default shell set in a way that the session is immediately ending. If you open a ticket with our support team they can boot your droplet to a recovery ISO. This will allow you to mount your disk and review your settings. I would recommend checking /etc/passwd to ensure that your user has a valid shell set.
