May I please get a refund for this service?

I want a refund as I no longer need Digital Ocean. It may also be great if you can delete my account after you refunded me.

DigitalOcean doesn't offer refunds for services. You can take a look at Billing FAQ for more details.

About deleting account, you can do that from the Settings page (login to Control Panel -> Settings).

If you need detailed information about billing and/or deleting, you can contact support and they will be able to give you detailed response.

If you delete your droplets and any snapshots, you should only be charged for the time you've used (on an hourly basis)

The other answers here are dope, we don't offer refunds for those who post-pay. That said, there's one situation where we can offer a refund and that is if you prepaid money into your account using PayPal. If you don't think you will make use of those prepaid funds, we can refund them if you open a support ticket.

Right now out support queues are a bit backed up but if you submit a ticket, our team will get to your request as soon as possible.
