IS there any good open source software that will allow me to create live charts to monitor server load on 4 or 5 other servers from a single dashboard?
Something similar to the functionality of how you can monitor server load on droplets in Digital Ocean.
I have been looking at landscape.canonical.com but i’m not sure if this does what I need

You could use a combination of Grafana and Prometheus
